Global cancellation and refund policy

Global payments are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel and may require additional provider processing time.

A paid order cancelled before execution begins is eligible for a full refund. A verified LuneTest failure that prevents the minimum service is also eligible under this policy and applicable law. Google approval outcomes are not guaranteed.
